Vince Sumner

Vice President, Board of Directors

Vince is a Partner with Park Commercial Real Estate in Charlotte, NC specializing in office leasing and sales. He graduated from Elon University in 1996 after graduating from Milton High School in Alpharetta, Georgia in 1992. During his years at Elon he participated in Habitat for Humanity and several other volunteer organizations. Mr. Sumner’s community involvement includes participation on the boards of Christ Lutheran Children Center, Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, Alumnus Advisor to the Lambda-Lambda Chapter of Kappa Sigma and is Past President of Elon University’s Charlotte Alumni Association. Mr. Sumner is an active member of Myers Park Methodist Church and its Discovery Class. Mr. Sumner is married to a loving wife, Amy and they have two wonderful daughters, Mabry (2003) and Ainsley (2004).

Vince is inspired to help families dealing with a pediatric cancer diagnosis after being exposed to Claire and all the joy she brought to so many. He views it as an honor to keep Claire’s legacy alive by positively impacting as many families as possible as an active member of Claire’s Army.
