Jay Fulcher

Board of Directors

Jay Fulcher is the Vice President of Operations for DMI, a commercial real estate development and management firm, in Charlotte, NC.  Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.  He holds the Certified Property Manager® and Certified Commercial Investment Member® designations.  He met his wife, Stephanie, at Chapel Hill and they have two wonderful children, Tessa (7) and Reid (5).  Jay enjoys family time, traveling and football.

Prior to embarking upon his commercial real estate career, Jay spent 8 years as an administrator in the assisted living industry, where he saw firsthand the impact of medical crises on families.  Prior to completing his undergraduate work, Jay also trained and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in his hometown of Winston-Salem, N.C.  Jay was introduced to Claire’s Army through friends on the board and looks forward to helping with a cause that is so extremely important to the families impacted by childhood cancer.
